Richard’s delicious strawberry vacherin served with
home-

Richard's been a professional chef all his career so we can guarantee that you will eat well when you stay with us; we're proud of the quality of the fabulous food we serve!
We make everything that it's reasonably possible to make at home, so you can be sure that your meal’s freshly prepared and tastes delicious. We try to use as much local produce as possible and have our own fruit and vegetables growing in the garden to share with you.

Your first meal with us is often dinner, served in the tradition of the French table d'hôtes – our guests gather together around our large communal dining table to enjoy their meal, with us. This always makes for an entertaining and convivial evening, with people from different countries and all walks of life gathered together to savour a meal and of course, talk, whether or not they speak each others' language!
If you stay with us for several days you will never eat the same meal twice and because we keep a menu diary, we endeavour to serve a completely different menu when you revisit us. With advance warning it is possible to take your dietary preferences and needs into account – just get in touch as we always try to help.
For an all inclusive price of 23€ you are treated to a mouthwatering four course dinner, with aperitifs before and wine to accompany your meal, and coffee, tea or a tisane to finish.

We start with aperitifs at 7.30pm and eat at 8pm, so please let us know if you think you will not arrive in time for a meal you've booked. A set menu is served although we take your preferences into account if you have booked your dinner in advance.
“Fantastic food -
If we know it’s your special day, just let us know beforehand and we’ll be pleased to make you a cake!
