Breakfast
Breakfast is normally served between 8 and 9.30am, but if you have to make an early start, please let us know. At breakfast you can try freshly baked croissants and bread with home-made jams, honey, cereals, fresh fruit, fruit juice, a choice of hot drink, and if the chickens are laying, boiled, scrambled or poached eggs.
Aperitifs are usually served at 7.30pm, outside if the weather is good, and the four-course meal starts at 8pm. Please let us know if anything prevents you arriving in time for a meal you’ve booked.
If you would like to dine with us on your first night, we ask that you let us know when you confirm your reservation, at the same time telling us if there anything you don't eat so that we prepare a meal that you enjoy.
Richard’s extensive professional experience means that most dietary requirements can be met but if other guests have already booked their dinner, it can be difficult to cater for people who do not eat meat or fish for more than one night during the busy season. Do ask, however, and we’ll do our best to help.
