Nestled in a very sunny valley, the property, with its pond, is in the heart of a peaceful and green natural environment. Whether you come alone, as a couple or with friends, forget everyday life, put down your suitcases, and let yourself be charmed by the song of the birds and the murmur of the stream.
Starting this spring 2024, we are offering "all-inclusive" stays around a program of hikes organized and accompanied by a certified local guide, Fédération Française de Randonnée.

Avec le retour de l'été revient la saison des confitures. A la Chouette, toutes les confitures du petit déjeûner sont faites "maison", et principalement avec les fruits de notre jardin. En ce moment ce sont les groseilles et framboises qui nous occupent, avec la confection de délicieuses gelées pauvres en sucre. Un délice sur les pains et brioches maison du petit déjeuner.
Mais bien sûr il en reste assez pour les desserts de la table d'hôtes!

It’s starting up again in the garden!
Finally! The exciting time to restart the vegetable garden has arrived!
At La Chouette we aim for self-sufficiency in vegetables, for the guest table as well as for our personal needs, throughout the year.
Today, I'm sowing carrots, turnips and various lettuces under the tunnel, and snow peas and potatoes in the open field.
Taking care of the vegetable garden allows us to combine the pleasure of seeing our plants grow with the usefulness of harvesting our own healthy, organic vegetables.
I'm leaving you, the garden is calling me! See you soon!
